Location: Ixelles

Salary: €3,800 – €5,000 gross/month

The profile sought

Part of a global finance operations team responsible for financial transactions, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory reporting. Maintain accurate accounts, ensure compliance with accounting policies and local regulations, support audits, and contribute to process improvements and finance projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing month-end close, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and provisions
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset accounting
• Preparing VAT, statutory, and regulatory filings
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Identifying financial risks and improvement opportunities

Profile:

• Fluent in English and French or Dutch
• At least 5 years of experience in business services and/or the legal sector
• Solid experience in controlling and budget management
• Strong autonomy and sense of ownership, with the objective of evolving into the current Finance Manager position within 3 to 5 years
• A background in accounting and tax, aligned with this level of responsibility

• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong ownership and collaboration skills
