Missions

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, a Business Controller (F/M/X) on a permanent contract.

This position is focused on internal operational control, with a strong emphasis on quality and the oversight of operations related to debt collection.

Location: Ixelles, South Brussels, easily accessible by public transport (bus, train, tram)

Salary: around €4,000 gross per month (adjustable depending on profile)

The profile sought

Your Responsibilities

Operational Management & Controlling

  • Develop and implement reporting tools to steer operational activities.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly operational and financial KPIs.
  • Prepare and present analyses, consolidated reports, and ad hoc studies for management, clients, and operational teams.
  • Oversee accounting and financial operations, contribute to planning, and ensure the reliability of data.
  • Provide support regarding VAT mechanisms.

Improvement & Coaching

  • Optimize processes and propose improvement solutions.
  • Contribute to the implementation of audit and control mechanisms.
  • Coach operational and accounting managers in applying new procedures.
  • Participate in the deployment of financial and operational BI tools and train teams in their use.

Your Profile

  • You are known for being meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • You have an analytical mindset and are quality- and results-oriented.
  • You hold a Master’s degree in economics, business, or finance.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in controlling (budgeting, reporting…) 
  • You have experience with BI tools & Excel.
  • You communicate excellently in French; Dutch is an asset.
