We are looking for a Financial Controller for one of our clients for a permanent contract (CDI).

Location: Turnhout

Salary: €4,000–5,000 gross per month, depending on experience.

The profile sought

Your responsibilities:

·         Process purchase and sales invoices, record bank transactions, and register monthly provisions.

·         Prepare financial reports, budgets, and analyses under the guidance of the CFO.
Follow up on monthly and yearly closings, make adjustments where needed, and assist in preparing the annual accounts.

·         Share responsibility for the annual audit process and ensure smooth collaboration with external auditors.

·         Hold regular meetings with team leads and department heads to discuss financial results and propose optimization initiatives.

·         Ensure accurate financial processing and follow-up of various business projects.

·         Contribute to the improvement, implementation, and monitoring of financial processes, tools, and control systems.

Your profile:

·         You have at least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.

·         Preferably, you have experience in a growing environment within the service industry.

·         You are independent, analytical, organized, and flexible.

·         You enjoy teamwork.

·         You have excellent Excel skills.

·         Knowledge of Navision / Business Central / BI tools is an asset.

·         You speak Dutch and English.
