We are looking for a Business Controller for one of our clients, in a permanent position.

Location: Schilde, BE

Salary: 4000 – 4500€ monthly gross depending on profile (x13.92).

The profile sought

Responsibilities:

·         Drive the month end closings and its reporting to group respecting the deadlines

·         Play a central role in the annual budgeting process: supporting and challenging sites Directors to ensure budgets align with the Country strategy

·         Implementing Group reporting tools and key performance indicators across the country’s business units

·         Provide local expertise to lead regular performance reviews alongside the Country Director and Group Financial Director

·         Developing and distributing operational dashboards and performance tracking tools

·         Analyzing sites performance to drive profitability, identify best practices and deliver operational improvements

·         Occasionally visiting sites to maintain a strong connection with operational teams

Your Profile :

• You have 5 years experience in accounting & finance.
• You are used to work for an SME.
• Proactive, rigorous, organized, and flexible.
• You have experience with ExacOnline
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch, English, German. Knowing French is big plus.
