Missions

Today I am looking for an Plant Controller/ Business Analyst in Beveren for a leading global chemical client.

You will work in an international context, you are a key player in driving financial and operational performance. Supporting two EMEA production plants, you collaborate closely with local teams and the global team.

Location : Kallo + parking

Salary : 4500- 6200€ gross per month according to your profile

The profile sought

Your responsibilities will be very diverse:

  • Preparing and monitoring the annual budget and forecasts.
  • Analyzing cost prices, production performance, and explaining variances.
  • Preparing investment files, including IRR (Internal Rate of Return) calculations and other financial evaluations.
  • Leading month-end closings and reporting to both local and international stakeholders.
  • Acting as a sparring partner for operations, supply chain, controlling, and global finance.
  • Identifying and supporting process improvements within finance and operations.
  • Actively participating in projects across the EMEA region and collaborating with global HQ.
  • Using SAP and Excel efficiently as primary tools for data analysis and reporting.

What would work? 

  • Strong analytical mindset with a critical and results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and investment calculations (including IRR).
  • A true team player with strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced skills in SAP en Excel.
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • You have an experience in a similar position. 
  • You are an effective communicator and a capable coach.
  • You are speaking fluently Dutch and English.
