AP Accountant Team Lead

Missions

We are looking for an AP Accountant Team Lead for one of our clients, in a permanent position.

Salary: 4500 – 5500€ monthly gross depending on profile (x13.92).

The profile sought

Responsibilities:

• Daily maintenance of supplier accounting in BEGAAP.
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts.
• Preparation of balance checks.
• Internal reporting (group level).
• Payment management and follow-up.
• Supplier relationship management.
• Acting as a managerial liaison within the team.
• Contributing to process improvement.
• Keeping your team trained.
• Working on some VAT matters with the tax team (Belgium and foreign).

Your Profile :

• Strong experience in accounting in AP or GL .
• Ideally, experience in a large company.
• Proactive, rigorous, organized, and flexible.
• Enjoy working in a team and seek to develop your coaching skills.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch; good knowledge of the other language is an advantage. Intermediate English is also important.
