Location: Ixelles, Brussels
Salary: €5,000 – €6,000 gross per month

The profile sought

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial reports for strategic decision-making, ensuring accurate monthly reporting.
  • Implement and relaunch operational group reporting.
  • Integrate financial and operational data to support cost calculations and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to protect company assets and ensure standardization.
  • Coordinate transfer pricing and intercompany agreements in compliance with tax regulations.
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial impact assessments.
  • Support accounting, financial reporting, and board presentations.
  • Contribute to the consolidation process and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Collect ESG/CSRD data and support ERP implementation.
  • Assist with tax planning and simulations.
  • Perform controlling for specific subsidiaries.
  • Support the group with ad-hoc projects.

Your Profile

  • A team player with a hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn.
  • Interest in the construction sector.
  • Proactive, communicative, and open to sharing information and proposing improvements.
  • Able to work independently with an analytical and structured approach.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Experience with Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management is a plus.
