The profile sought

You will be responsible for:

• You support in the daily administration on the invoice and purchase order cycle for maintenance, repair, and capital expenditures; Review the allocations and posting of invoices ensuring basic controls.
• You track the company’s repair, maintenance and capital expenditure against budget.
• You are responsible for monthly closings on utilities, repair, maintenance and capital expenditures.
• You manage the capitalization and depreciation process and related reconciliations.
• You maintain company’s Fixed asset register.
• You ensure strict compliance with IFRS and local GAAPs.
• You participate in insurance claims management.
• You support the (internal) audit process.
• You ensure the preparations of budgets.
• You participate in ESG reporting preparation.
• You support the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and the integration as necessary.
• You offer administrative assistance in various ad-hoc projects.

What would work?

• You have a relevant experience of 3 year in accounting and bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Ideally you have experience in BEGAAP, IFRAS and Fixed Assets.
• You are a real team player and flexible.
• You can meet deadlines and are highly analytical.
• You are at ease in an international context.
• You speak fluently in English + French or Dutch.
• You are used to with an ERP. They are working with JDE and are migrating to SAP.
