Now Hiring: Plant Controller / Business Analyst – Beveren 

We are currently seeking a Plant Controller / Business Analyst to join a leading global chemical company at their site in Beveren. You will play a pivotal role in driving financial and operational performance across two EMEA production plants, collaborating with both local teams and global stakeholders.

Gross Monthly Salary: €4,500 – €6,200 (based on experience)

The profile sought

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts
• Analyze cost prices, production KPIs, and explain variances
• Support investment projects with financial evaluations (e.g., IRR calculations)
• Lead month-end closings and financial reporting (local & global)
• Serve as a key business partner for operations, supply chain, and finance teams
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives
• Participate in EMEA-wide and global financial projects
• Use SAP and Excel for advanced data analysis and reporting

Profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in a similar role within an international industrial or manufacturing setting
• Strong analytical skills and a critical, results-driven mindset
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Expertise in SAP and Excel
• Strong communication and coaching abilities
• A collaborative team player who engages at all levels
