Location: Brussels
Salary: €4,000 – €4,800 gross/month

The profile sought

Your Responsibilities:

• Field presence – overseeing 20 stores
• The first 6 months will be a paired training period, with no immediate autonomy
• Managing the region’s P&L: ensuring and improving profitability, optimizing sales, controlling costs, and maximizing profits

5 Key Priorities:

1. Results & P&L analysis – monitoring the performance of the 20 stores
2. Setting goals & action plans – implementing strategies based on analysis
3. Labor budget analysis – effective management of personnel costs
4. Merchandising – serving as a liaison between headquarters and stores
5. Operational support – coaching and training in-store teams

Your Profile:

• You are dynamic and eager to learn
• You enjoy being in the field and have excellent communication skills
• You speak French and English (Dutch is a plus)
• You are flexible and adapt well to different environments
• You have an analytical mindset and a strong affinity for numbers
• You are either a recent graduate or already have experience in this field
