Accountant (H/F)

Les missions

We are looking, for one of our clients in Brussel, for an Accountant.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• In charge of the day-to-day accounting procedures for the purchase cycle (invoices/expenses claims).
• Actively participate in the payroll monthly closing and time allocation procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports to the senior management and the Executive Committee.
• Support in optimising and further improving financial systems and processes.
• Ensure sound project financial, administrative, and programmatic management.
• Collaborate with project managers in preparing project budget forecast, and review grant applications to ensure compliance with donors’ intern requirements.

Location: Porte de Namur, Ixelles.

Salary: 3000- 3500€ / month according to your profile.

• You have a first relevant experience in accounting.
• You are flexible and have a positive « can do » attitude and good developed interpersonal skills or so-called « people skills ». 
• You have a strong professional conscience and are recognized for your rigor, initiative, and synthesis. 
• To succeed in this position, you have a strong taste for human relations, teamwork, and operational aspects.
• As Communication is one of the core tasks you speak fluently French and English.
• You are familiar with the MSOffice suite – especially Excel.
• You are used to work with an Winbooks or eager to learn.
