Salary: 4500 – 5000 € / month

Le profil recherché

Your main responsibilities as Finance Manager are to:

  • Analyse financial data to identify needs and recommend actions for maximum returns.
  • Create and oversee annual budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate ROI for capital projects and post-completion assessment.
  • Optimize cash flow through inventory control, credit management, and more.
  • Maximize hotel profitability via best practices and strong financial controls.
  • Manage accounting activities and mentor team members.
  • Educate and motivate hotel teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • Support hotel forecasting and balance sheet reconciliation.

Your main responsibilities as HR Manager are to:

  • Act as a reference for social legislation and HR regulations.
  • Oversee HR department and liaise with the General Manager.
  • Maintain staff data, manage benefits, timekeeping, and payroll.
  • Foster relationships with external partners and authorities.
  • Manage staff schedules and utilize the Social Security portal.
  • Monitor external training and develop in-house training programs.
  • Recruit new employees, create job descriptions, and schedule interviews.
  • Administer social clauses and support assessment cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations for safety and security.

What would work?

  • You have a relevant experience in finance of minimum 5 years.
  • You are a real team player.
  • You can meet deadlines.
  • Ideally you have a strong hospitality background, or you would love to join this sector.
  • You are customer focuses and love to deliver high quality service.
  • You fluently communicate (spoken and written) in English + French. Dutch is a great extra. 
  • You are used to work with an Winbooks, they will implement soon they will implement HORUS.
