Missions

Your role will be to increase Group sales in North-West Europe (Belgium and the Netherlands): via sales, volume, profitability and new products with importers, retailers and manufacturers.

   Management and development of existing customer portfolios: to animate and develop the loyalty of existing accounts.

    Sales prospecting: development of a targeted action plan (customers and products), preparation of meetings and acquisition of new customers.

    Sales development:

        Identify and meet qualified prospects (importers, traders, market managers, manufacturers).

        Make up to 4 visits a day to present all products and opportunities.

    Negotiate and monitor commercial agreements: manage distribution conditions, set prices, promote volumes, list new products, etc.

    Achieving sales targets: meeting targets set in collaboration with your line manager.

    Reporting and analysis:

        Enter visit reports into CRM.

        Analyze sales performance and propose improvement plans.

    Operations follow-up:

        Internal coordination on lead times, product availability and dispute resolution.

        Active market watch: analysis of competition, trends, prices, volumes and innovations.

    Participation in events: contribute to the organization of events.

The profile sought

Your profile:

    MANDATORY PRE-REQUISITES: You speak French and Dutch fluently. German and English a real plus.

    With at least a 2-year higher education diploma (5-year higher education diploma preferred), you have at least 5 years’ experience as a traveling salesperson for an industrial company / in the building industry.

    Knowledge of the wood industry and/or building materials distribution networks is a plus.

    You are recognized for your organization and rigor. You know how to manage priorities, and demonstrate leadership that combines firmness and diplomacy. You enjoy working as part of a team and are curious and proactive.

Location: Home-office based in Belgium or the Netherlands (as main countries to be developed)

Type of contract: Open-ended contract. French contract with application of French labor law and affiliation to Belgian or French Social Security.

Remuneration: 60/80Ke over 13.5 months depending on profile and experience (variable included)

Environment : Home-office ; freedom of agenda (Monday to Thursday in the field and Friday in the home-office (meetings and preparation of prospecting plan), Plan on average 3 to 4 nights in a hotel / week. Participation
